Sept. 7 - New Volunteer Training & Orientation.  Two identical sessions from 12:00-1:00pm and from 5:00-6:00pm.  Email Martha Ann Pilcher for more information.  Or call 255-1820.

September 13 - First Night Symposium at the Black Box Theater at Belmont University from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.

September 19 - First Night Nashville Theatre Honors at The Troutt Theatre at Belmont University which benefits Book'em.  Come out to thank the leaders in Nashville Theatre.  For more information call (615) 530-6178.

September 21 - Dine Out for Book'em at California Pizza Kitchen, 4031 Hillsboro Pike (Hill Center), all day including take-out. Take coupon so that Book'em will receive 20% of the value of your check.

October 21 - Music, Food and Fun at the ICON in the Gulch from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, a fundraiser to benefit Book'em.  Put it on your calendar now and check back for more details.

Recent Events:

Thank you to all the area Macy's stores for particpating in the - Macy's Book a Brighter Future Campaign which supports the RIF program of Book'em. 

August 14 - Book'em staff and volunteers enjoyed spending time with Kris & Luke and other 'fools' with BookFool.com who shared part of their tent with Book'em at the Tomato Art Festival. .
